    • difficulty feeling or naming emotions, or conversely, difficulty separating your emotions from someone else’s and feeling like you are too sensitive

    • experiencing unequal relationships and codependent patterns

    • identifying as a perfectionist and feeling frustrated with the negatives of this identity

    • lacking joy and meaning in your career

    • feeling stuck in your life

    • expats - transitioning to living abroad or in repatriation

  • I run weekly groups on:

    • Dating: for singles looking to connect about finding a partner

    • Self-Love: understanding ourselves and fostering more connection with others

  • I offer individual supervision to social workers and psychologists looking for extra support with their cases

I run a weekly supervision group for those who would like to hear other practitioners’ experiences and gain tips and skills for their own practice and cases

  • For organizations and communities, I create workshops and trainings focused on mindfulness, emotional awareness, and cultivating a habit of self-care - within ourselves and implementing a culture of care with others

This is where data and real life meet.

My methods are an integration of clinician, researcher, meditator, and human

My style is one full of calm, deep listening, and humor.

Life can be a lot. Holding space for you and life’s a-lot-ness is such a pleasure. One that I take seriously while also knowing that our work together can be fun and full of alive-ness.

I use a combination of techniques to help adults and adolescents explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while strengthening their intuition and self-trust. Techniques combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness evidence-based practices, heightened intuitive awareness, and a soulful approach to the human experience.

Emotional Data

There are a plethora of emotions, and they offer us such rich data about what is working and what is not working in our lives.

Most of the time, we aren’t aware of our own emotions and simply respond with, I’m: okay, mad, happy, sad, good, not good.

Our work together will focus extensively on naming and understanding the emotions you’re experiencing in order to uncover what’s truly happening inside.

Real Life Practice

Our work together does not end when you leave the room.

After every session, there’s a weekly assignment to help you process all that was uncovered in-session and practically apply the lessons to your life.

Neuroscientific evidence demonstrates that by doing this, we are capable of rewiring our brains, changing our patterns, and learning new ways of being that help facilitate real change.

Getting Started

I meet with clients online and in person in Amsterdam at Sarphatistraat 14. Additionally, I offer supervision to social workers and psychologists in the Netherlands and NY, USA.

If you’re interested in working together, I encourage you to reach out so we can schedule an initial conversation.

Then, after we talk, ask yourself: is this a space where I may be able to have my needs/goals met?

If yes, I welcome the opportunity to work together, and if not, I’ll work with you to find alternative resources so you can get what you need.

5% of profits will be donated to a community-centered healing organization called the Freedom Community Clinic.
